He doesn't change emotionally or psychologically at all throughout the show. To start, the main Character Ao who is Eureka and Renton's son is a static protagonist. The show was Eureka 7 in name only none of the characters seemed very well developed (particularly Fleur and Naru), The villian (Truth) is overly cliched, and the story line makes me sad.and not in a good way. However, a couple episodes in something just seemed.wrong. Instead I was shown Eureka 7 AO, a supposed "Direct continuation" of the Eureka 7 storyline. I was so happy that I would be able to see all the characters that I had come to love, and finally get some closure about all the questions I still had.that is not what I got. Then I Found out that Bones did a new season and I was excited. Each time I noticed something new or found a new appreciation for something I remembered.
